Marcel von Bernard, born in 1977, became a member of our Management Board on May 13, 2017. He is our Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Bernard Group in 2009, he worked at Deutsche Bank AG and Continental Illinois National Bank in London.

Philipp Glockner brings significant experience in the banking and financial sectors, having previously held a key position at Commerzbank, one of Germany’s leading financial institutions. His expertise in underwriting helped the bank navigate key market challenges, and he played an essential role in the successful structuring and placement of major international deals, securing access to capital for numerous companies. Philipp’s deep understanding of international financial markets and strategic thinking enhance our team’s ability to deliver exceptional services and create long-term value for our clients.

Arthur is the Group Chairman. He is also Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific of Bernard Group, subject to relevant approvals.
has extensive experience in, and understanding of, banking and financial services, gained through a 15-year career at bank system, where he was most recently Deputy Chairman.
